The count has started. The winter season and its motto "Winter fun at all altitudes!"
A total of 49 lifts and 157 kilometres of slopes, in all grades of difficulty, set new standards in the areas of quality, choice and winter fun.
Every year improvements are made to the pistes and lift systems, thus upholding our reputation as being one of the best skiing regions in the Alps.
20 kilometres of cross country trails, and an ice rink await the winter sport enthusiast in the valley. 45 kilometres of cleared foothpaths, looked after by the Tourist Board, for the benefit of the winter rambler. The Tourist Board invites guests once a week to a guided winter walk, free of charge.
The choice of après ski activities does not allow for boredom or bad moods, and are regarded as being one of the most lively and largest in the Alps, with countless huts and bars on the mountain and in the valley.
